Our finals weekend of 2/3 September took place in contrasting weather.  Saturday 2nd was warm sunshine but heavy going on a green in need of mowing.  Sunday 3rd however saw constant rain and lower temperatures but a mown green. Our captain, a finalist in the Handicap Singles was forced to withdraw so Nina Challens won by a walk-over.  Other wise there were some closely contested matches played and a good if damp crowd of supporters!
